I have a rottweiler and pittie bull mix. The pittie had skin problems. Vet started alpoquel. I stopped it after 4 days. I started using the allergy and itch supplement. The pittie mix skin and hair improved. Haven't had any ear issues either. Love the product.

Highly recommend, and I don't say that often. This was a game changer for my senior rescue. He had been struggling with his allergies since I got him 2 years ago. Cytopoint shots worked a few months, then tried shampoos, creams, wipes, and at least 5 allergy supplements that all made him worse. Then the vet put him on Atopica for 2 months which did not help. He suffered more as well as my wallet. I was so stressed and so was he. Then I saw an ad for this, saw Manuka Honey, and said I'm going to try it. So glad I did and wished I had found it sooner!! I worked him up to the full dose over a week, checking his reaction. His red swollen paws, strong yeasty odor, and other red spots got better within a couple days. My German shepherd/labrador mix had a terrible skin condition on his back. Very flaky, almost like psoriasis. I sprinkle the Honey Guard on his food along with salmon oil. It’s been 3-4 weeks and I am seeing a lot of improvement.

Jazz would lick and chew his front paws excessively every day. I used other products without much improvement. My dog REALLY loves the flavor of this product. We have been using it a few weeks now, but she is still chewing herself a bit. We use it daily and she absolutely eats all her food coated with 1 scoop a day. We will continue using it and hopefully things will improve in the chewing arena.

She’s only been on it for three weeks, but seems that the itching is calming down not completely, but since she’s a puppy mill survivor she was exposed to all the elements and has a great deal of healing to do. I was using the krill oil formula for many years which also helped all of my dogs, I cannot say yet if one is better than the other. They both helped all my dogs. This is a new formula with honey and colostrum so it’s possible that this will be even better I like all my products from I❤️Dogs. The only one that doesn’t seem to work is the Calming Hemp chews. I have gone through an entire jar and none of my dogs have ever actually responded to it. I think it helped the itching.
Just not seeing any real improvement on any of our 3 dogs.
It may be helpful but not a miracle fix.
My shih tzu didn't like the taste so I had to buy a different type of food to mix this in so she would take it. That means I feed one dog differently from the other 3. Ugh! As far as efficacy, I think it's working some but she still itches at times.
